LIVE ENGRAVING: Names, initials, dates and short messages on glass, metal, stone and more, done while your guests watch.
LIVE HAND-PAINTING & HOT FOILING: Florals, monograms and metallic personalized details on bottles, glassware and favours.
PERFECT FOR:
Weddings & Celebrations: Cocktail hour, reception, bridal shower or rehearsal dinner. Guests pick a perfume bottle, glass or favour and watch it personalized.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Inquire with your date, venue and guest count.
2. Plan the pieces. We choose what guests get personalized and the style, and I recommend the best setup for your crowd.
3. I arrive and set up. All you need is a table with a tablecloth and a nearby outlet.
4. Guests watch it happen and take their keepsake home.

Live Event FAQs

Live event bookings start at 4 hours. Longer events and multi-day activations are welcome.

About 20 to 30 simple engravings an hour, so roughly 80 to 120 pieces in a 4-hour booking. Filled or more detailed designs take longer, about 8 to 12 an hour. I'll help you plan the right amount of time for your guest count.

Almost anything: glass, metal, stone and plastic, including perfume bottles, glassware, flasks and more. The one exception is champagne bottles, which I don't engrave.

You do. Couples and brands provide the pieces to be personalized, like perfume bottles, glassware or favours, and I'll let you know if anything needs a quick check for suitability before the event.

Just a table with a tablecloth and access to a power outlet if possible. I can bring my own lighting.

Yes! I'm based in Calgary and travel anywhere in Alberta and beyond. A travel fee applies for events outside Calgary.
